You will also find a laundry area, living room, fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, fridge, freezer, plates, cutlery, cups, and everything you need. The condo has a private rooftop with an outdoor fire pit and a grill, perfect for a family or friend’s getaway.

Important information: you have to climb the stairs to access the property.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. You´ll find two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other one with a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a living room with a comfy couch and a TV, next to a private terrace with a dining table and a grill. This unit has a very private and spacious balcony with a dining room where you´ll be able to enjoy the pacific ocean and city view while having some drinks or snacks with your loved ones!
When you open the front door you can find a full bathroom on your right and a bedroom with a queen-size bed on your left. Walking through the main aisle you´ll see the laundry area on your left and a fully equipped kitchen on your right. Right next to it you will find the living room with a couch that turns into a bed. The living room is connected to the balcony. Next to the living room is the master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, and a private full bathroom.
