We have over 20 exceptional Cabo villas and homes in our portfolio, and we keep adding new ones (you can sign up to our newsletter to stay updated). It’s a curated collection of truly unique holiday homes, and we can vouch for each of them personally: we only offer properties that we saw for ourselves, our advisor team tested, and loved.

Our villas and homes come in different sizes and styles — from charming beach front condos to sleek modern architect villas. Some are great for a fun family stay, others suggest a secluded romantic retreat, a golfer’s dream, or a perfect holiday for a yacht lover. Some villas are tucked away among the hills of San Jose del Cabo or Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas, while others are a stone’s throw away from the sandy beaches and glossy resorts in the Palmilla are considered to be the most exclusive place in all of Mexico. 

The one thing they have in common? These lavishly furnished, impeccably finished residences blend sophisticated luxury with a sense of warm hospitality. In every villa, we look for that little special something that will take your stay from just great to simply unforgettable.

Every villa comes with a standard set of services for a comfortable stay. In addition, we offer additional services for many properties: beds made up for your arrival, a filled fridge, a welcome package, and three concierge options.

On a daily basis, we review our current villas and to scout for new properties. We personally visit and carefully inspect every new villa before including it in our portfolio. We actually have a scrupulous process for that. In a nutshell, our must-have criteria for a villa are tasteful decoration, flawless comfort (great beds and bathrooms, equipped kitchen, lounge and dining furniture), private swimming pools on property, gorgeous ocean views, and great location.

Every property that makes the cut is closely monitored. Based on the feedback from our guests, we may pay an additional visit to check the on-site service or the cleanliness. Any slightest issue is immediately communicated to the home owner. If it’s not fixed within a reasonable delay, the property will be removed from our collection. Due to our success, that does not happen often! But just to make it clear: as a guest, you won’t have any unpleasant surprises upon arrival.

Of course, when planning a dream holiday, you choose with your eyes. We are intransigent about truthful visuals. Every picture and video on our website are tasks either by our team or by tried and trusted photographers. 

So, yes: all these soul-stirring views of the private pools, beaches, and inviting terraces on our website are real.

Bogus villa holiday websites spread on, and scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Remember, all members of our company work and actually live in Los Cabos, Mexico. On the other hand, other villa rental companies may represent the destination online but they don’t actually live and work in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Cabo Villa Life is a registered company in three countries. We personally visit every villa we offer, and you can find all of our villas or homes on Google Maps. We have a rigorous selection process. Rest assured, only the best properties make the cut.

When booking with us, you always have the option of paying with PayPal using your credit card. Alternatively, you can pay via a direct bank transfer. Please see our FAQ for more information on bookings and payments. 

Your personal information is safe with us. We process personal data in compliance with North American and European standards and never pass it on to third parties. More details on how we handle your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

The prices you see on our website when you book are guaranteed. You know exactly what you will pay: the final amount appears on your online quote. It includes our standard service package, local tourist taxes, and all mandatory costs for additional services you may choose (concierge options, extra cleaning during your stay, private ground transportation, car rentals, etc.).

The prices are displayed in U.S. dollars, and there are no currency surcharges if exchange rates change.
